This is the most beautiful room in the ancient farmhouse, today
renovated into a boutique hotel. It`s under a characteristic wooden
ceiling and it`s equipped with a big double bed, hydromassage tub with tv, ensuite bathroom with two sinks and shower, double independent access, exclusive terrace with panoramic view.
The suite is ideal for romantic and relaxing couple`s getaway. The room
is on the first floor and it has a large panoramic terrace with
breath-taking view.

The room is in an ancient farmhouse which today is a renovated accommodation facility with swimming pool,
breakfast and à-la-carte restaurant. The room is on the first floor,
reachable by stairs. It has double access with code system.
It`s
on two floors: on the first floor there is a double bed, the ensuite
bathroom with twi sinks, divided from the bed by a suggestive glass
wall. The bathroom has a lovely view on the sea. The wooden stairs take
to the upper floor with sofas, hydromassage tub and steam bath.
The
big glass wall allows the access to the terrace with outdoor furniture
and panoramic view on the swimming pool of the farmhouse. The suite is
equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, kettle, minibar with several types of wine, safe, hair-dryer and 2 televisions. Breakfast is served in the garden, under the pergola or in the restaurant. The daily cleaning includes the change of linen and towels.

The
Masseria, which used to be called "La Longa", is characterized by a
rural history and it dates back to 1696. During the centuries, it
underwent many changes such as the passage from the olive oil production
to shoots plantation. Today it`s a beautiful oasis, equipped with every
accessory.
Masseria Longa Boutique Hotel is in the countryside, 1
kilometer away form the city centre of Otranto, on the street that
takes to the Alimini Lakes and their beautiful beaches. Otranto is one
of the most beautiful towns in Salento, with its history and
architectural charm, in its old town centre with castle and bastions
overlooking the sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Breakfast available from 8am to 10am.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
