This comfortable and well cared for 3 bedroom vacation home is located just 5 miles from Disney! The spacious lanai with private pool is ideal for lounging around and enjoying the sun. There is a fenced garden which provides extra play space for the kids and a chance to enjoy abundant bird life.
The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed is located on the first floor. It has an adjoining bathroom and large walk in closet. The 2 other bedrooms are located on the second floor and comprise of queen room and 1 twin rooms. There is also a loft space and TV on the second floor.
The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a 52″ flat screened TV with basic cable and DVD player. All bedrooms have TV’s.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Oven and Hob, microwave, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, pots and pans, blender, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dishwasher and disposal are all here and contains a nook area with a breakfast table and chairs.
Full sized washing machine and dryer, and all linens and towels are provided.
