Our condo was updated and tastefully furnished. You can enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise from our balcony. The property is just South of Bal-Harbour and minutes north of South Beach, Lincoln Road, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. There is a City of Miami Beach public parking lot to the North of our building. You can pay via an app during the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm. Parking in that lot is free after 6:00pm until 8:00am. Terms and fees may change without notice.
Check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 11 AM. We ask that you observe this strictly as it gives us only a few hours to get the suite ready for our next guest. Please contact owner for early check-in or late check-out requests (upon availability) for an additional fee.
Guests pay a $225.00 exit cleaning fee upon booking the reservation here on VRBO.
