This immaculate, sunny, two bed + office, three bath home is cozy enough for a single person and large enough for a family. The home is located on a quiet, well-established cul-de-sac, minutes from shopping, dining, parks and trails!

We are just 15 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to red rocks park, and 30 minutes to the mountains and casinos. Denver is easily navigated by car or by rideshare. There is also a light rail and bus lines 1 mile away. We can provide a bike for your use but we may also consider renting our SUV (through separate app). Otherwise, parking is available in the driveway next to our stored, vintage RV (not for use).

Our home is built for luxury. As you walk in, you'll enter a full entertainment area with a fun bar area alongside a cozy living room with a jazzy retro stereo and auto-switch gas fireplace that may give you reason to never seek a happy hour. Downstairs, there is also a pool table, TV, and faux fireplace for fun, cozy winter nights. Outside, on the back patio, we offer a bbq, gas firepit and tiki bar and seasonal hot tub (not available in the winter).

Upstairs is the king master bedroom with smart TV, tempurpedic mattress, blackout curtains, and walk in closet, along with a spa like retreat with double vanity, glass shower and jacuzzi tub ensuite. Also upstairs, you'll find another hallway full bath, washer/dryer, and a dedicated office (with high speed WIFI) offering space for an air bed, books and toys for children if necessary. Downstairs, off the rec room, is a queen master bedroom with smart TV and bamboo pillowtop mattress, double spa shower, dressers and makeup vanity/desk. The house has central air and heat along with ceiling fans throughout to provide for ultimate temperature control.

The home boasts a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances. We provide basic kitchen essentials like spices, cookware, dishware and utensils along with lots of accessories like a Keurig, electric kettle, instant pot, air fryer, food processor, and a double oven that can allow you to explore your culinary talent. There is dishwasher, full fridge, pantry, breakfast bar and dining table.

All utilities, basic home cleaning supplies, linens and initial toiletries are included. The robovacs keep the home tidy (upstairs and down) on a daily schedule, just take care with what is left in it's path. On an occasional light snowfall, you will need to shovel the driveway and sidewalk. In the rare instance of heavy snow, we can hire someone but response time could be delayed. In reality, Denver does not usually experience massive snow accumulation, that's left to the mountains. If any maintenance issues come up, they should be reported immediately. We will have a service come by for any repairs.

Other things to note:

Denver is a progressive city when it comes to cannabis. That said, smoking anything (including pot) is not allowed indoors but is accommodated on the private backyard patio. Part of the downstairs and garage are locked off for owner storage. There are also outdoor cameras for security.

Sorry no pets, but otherwise, we are very accommodating and will be happy to consider any requests. We can offer loads of tips on the area for things to do and sights to see!
