Pretty 19th century villa renovated and divided into 5 apartments (the owner lives in one of them). Rustic furnishings. The residence has a peaceful panoramic location with a splendid view of the Val di Chiana. A large park with a panoramic terrace, a swimming pool and a barbecue are for the common use of the tenants. Homemade wine and olive oil on site. The pretty little town of Cortona is only a few kilometres away. ITA310 is on 2 levels (ground floor + 1st floor). ITA308 and ITA309 are on the 1st floor. Children's bed on request. Shared washing machine.
