I have 2 36' long 5th wheel campers by the creek in a private campground. The only close neighbors are the ones staying at my RV park. The park only has enough spaces for 8 campers. Both are pretty much the same size and close together. Close to fishing, hiking, dirt biking and 4x4 trails. Very secluded. Next large town is Bailey and it is 12 miles. Food, fuel and hardware stores. Safeway, King Soopers are 35 miles. Campers are off hiway 285 approximately 1/4 mile on P.C.Road 62. Easy access to county road. We also sell food, jerky and camping supplies. Its like camping but in a hard shell and not a tent. Good for older guests that don't want to sleep on the ground ..We have small portable burn pits also. We do not have internet service for business. So leave the business at home. . But we do have Verison hot spots that work a television and your phone. Come to the mountains and leave all the internet business stuff while your enjoying the peaceful camping area and the sound of the stream that we enjoy here. You will just love it.
