The first floor has a spacious living area with a 50-inch flat panel TV, with extended cable service, WIFI Aug, '13 surround sound stereo system, and dining table. Blue ray DVD's in living room and master bedroom. The kitchen, full bath, and master bedroom with a Cal king bed and flat panel TV are also located on the first floor. Wood flooring installed throughout in February 2017. The second floor is a bedroom with a queen and a single bed, a sitting area, the 3/4 bath (shower) and the third flat panel TV. Summary: The location was ideal being in walking distance to most of Catalina’s attractions. The house was not as clean as we expected and we did not have a working fridge initially however property management did respond offering a mini replacement and when alerted about cleanliness promised they would address with cleaners for future visits. It was a quaint cottage-like home that I would recommend once the above items are resolved.
