The Carriage House has its entrance up 3 stone steps.
There are 2 levels via a spiral staircase. Living Dining Kitchen and one Bedroom with a full bathroom (small bathroom/single walk-in shower) are downstairs. There are 2 bedrooms and a HUGE full bathroom with a double walk-in shower and large spa tub on the second floor. Upstairs also has a Living area space with a Convertible bed/sofa.
Each of the three bedrooms has one queen bed and one room also has 1 twin bed. There is one 1 futon and 1 pull-out couch. So there are 6 beds, which means it comfortably fits a big family or big group of friends.
Cancellation Policy:
100% (minus a $35 non-refundable processing fee) refund if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date.

Summary: The host is amazing: responsive and very kind. But the property is not a stand alone cottage and people kept opening our door throughout our stay. We felt we had to constantly keep the door locked and even when it was locked, people were typing in codes to the door pad and/or knocking. Having a 1 yr old on the premises was also difficult as there is a very steep spiral staircase to get upstairs.
