Positive: The house was brand new and spacious, and everything was in excellent shape and clean! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family (2 families of four plus two grandparents). The interior design was modern, simple, and tasteful. Having the pool in the lanai was just what we needed in between plans and excursions. And the kids LOVED the Harry Potter-themed game room and unique bedrooms! We also really enjoyed the community's facilities, including multiple pools, a lazy river, and water slides.

Negative: We cooked a few meals at home, so the kitchen lacked a few things (e.g., a large spaghetti pot) and small conveniences like cling wrap and sandwich bags. This is not your fault, but the development was very loud, with parties happening multiple nights and going until 3am. It was a holiday week, but I didn't expect it to be that loud. We made do with white noise so the kids could sleep and, eventually, the adults. Providing the exact location of the main gate for check-in would be helpful. Waze will take you to the nearest gate, which is unguarded. A host guidebook would be extremely helpful, too. I didn't realize we had daily trash pickup until I messaged the host, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that.
