We welcome You to our BRAND NEW beautiful & cozy 5 bed / 5.5 bath with Private Pool home with all the amenities necessary for your family and friends to spend a precious and memorable vacation in Orlando.
House is BRAND NEW and built inside the BRAND-NEW Windsor Island Resort.
This home is the perfect spot to relax or extend your fun after a full day theme park visit, golfing or shopping trip. Just kick back and enjoy your own private oasis!
The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals for the whole crew.
1st Floor living room is beautifully decorated and features a 55-inch Smart TV with Cable.
You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool and lanai and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in our gas BBQ grill (optional service / add-on).
Half Bathroom downstairs with access to kitchen area + living room.
On the second floor you will find a Loft for the whole family to hang out, catch a game or just catch a movie and chill! 2nd Floor Loft features a 55-inch Smart Tv with Cable.
Garage turned into game room equipped with mini basketball, air hockey and foosball, where Guests can test their skills while having a blast!
Located in Davenport, about 10 miles from Disney park complex (connection to parks from there ? times vary) and with easy access to all Orlando area attractions, restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses!

The property has central air conditioning and heating throughout, free Wi-Fi and, cable TV (Downstairs living room and upstairs Loft only. Bedrooms feature smart TVs ? no cable). There is a laundry room, washer, and dryer with ironing facilities (Free for Guests). A pack and play/travel cot and a highchair can be provided upon request (please inquire at least 48 hours in advance ? no charge for 1st set). In front of the property is a driveway for parking besides ample parking adjacent to house, inside gated community.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee / subject availability.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in 13 gallon trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash cans outside, front of property.
RESORT + HOME ACCESS: All Guests must provide full names for all adults (Under 18 in case they are driving) in the group to gain access to the Resort / Home. This is a Resort requirement and names to be inserted in the Airbnb chat with Host.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad. Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation terminated immediately and incur in an additional charge of $100 / day per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.
PARKING: There is no garage parking available (Garage turned into game room). Driveway parking available. Ample parking adjacent to house, inside gated community.
