This newly renovated home comes with a large private pool (15X30-can be heated as an additional cost), and hot tub. It has all new modern finishes and all new furnishings with beautiful gulf views off the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. It is very open and spacious at over 4500 sq ft of living area. Saturday to Saturday stay. May to Mid September must be a 7 night stay. Less than 7 nights only in off season. (4 night or more)
