Summary: This downstairs apartment has an excellent location! We were within walking distance of great trails, Pearl Street, and parking was very easy! A few downsides is that you can really hear the people upstairs walking around, which started early in the morning and went late. The rugs could also use some cleaning or replacement. Overall, our stay was good for a long weekend in Boulder.
