Beach Access - We have deals directly with beach clubs for exclusive access once booked with us you will need to make a reservation with the host or via our app 1 day in advance. Since these beach clubs have hotels and restaurants bringing food and beverages in is not permitted. Tulum has announced several hotels with free beach access but be aware they may not provide a chair or be overbooked without a reservation.

In Tulum, the best beaches sit behind private beach clubs. After booking, you'll receive the Jungle Luxe guest concierge app, where each club's current terms, minimums, and character are set out in detail. A note on how Tulum works. Most clubs here operate on a minimum consumption: a set food-and-drink spend that stands in for entry. It's standard here, and amounts vary by club. Through October, many waive or ease minimums entirely; in high season, they firm up. The app maps it out ahead of time, so there's nothing to negotiate on the sand. Outside food and drink aren't permitted — everything comes from the club's kitchen.
For a free option, there are public beach access points and a small handful of Tulum hotels keep public beach access open. We'll point you to the ones worth the trip for your week, with honest notes on chair availability and crowds.

Coba road areas is in close proximity to the beach, grocery store, shopping and dining. Off of paved roads its very easy to get around and close to the new Jaguar park and the beach.
