Positive: Location was good

Negative: The condo was falling apart. Paint coming off, appliances severely outdated, a/c questionable at best. Decks were not well kept, deck furniture was aweful, all cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms severely outdated. Place needs a remodel and probably has for a decade. Nowhere near worth 300/night, not even close. If it were my grandmother's house it would be one thing - the fact this is a vacation rental is embarrassing honestly.
