Positive: The location is awesome. Serene and picturesque. The cottages are surrounded by coconut trees and located on the cliff - you can enjoy the sea view while laying in a hammock while sea breeze flows. It can't get any better. It's away from the city bustle - but not isolated. Varkala beach is barely 15 mins away. Commuting is not a problem. The caretaker and staff are kind and polite. They try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Timely breakfast and services. Rooms are decent given they are cottages. You don't have to think twice before booking this place.

Negative: Breakfast can have more variety. But it's still good.
