BEST THING EVER is our family's name for our home on St George Island. Our home has a pool that can be heated (for an additional fee during certain times of the year). Our home is located in a quiet low-density area of the island away from the public beach. We offer pool furniture for lounging, dining and having fun with your family. We have extensively remodeled and redecorated our home throughout - quartz counter tops and new stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, with new furniture and décor. We have a whole house water filter system by Culligan for great tasting water! Our home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms and expansive covered decks off each level! We have an elevator at each level to make arrival and departure easy. Up the stairs to the first level, you will find three generously sized bedrooms. Beach side is a spacious master bedroom and bath with your own private access to the large covered porch. Another beach side bedroom is the guest bedroom with queen bed with private access to the same covered porch. This level also has a fun kids room with bunk beds, rocker and their own private TV/DVD combo. A great spot to give kids their own room to play or lounge while watching movies. The guest bedroom and kids bunk room share a large hall bathroom, with new quartz counter tops, updated plumbing and lighting fixtures and a nice sized tub shower combo. The laundry room is conveniently located on this level with a washer and dryer.
The second level is an open concept living room/dining room and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows for amazing views of the gulf. From this level, you can see the sugar white sand beach and stunning gulf views. New sectional sofa and club chairs along with unique beach decorative accessories, new large flat screen TV, mounted to swivel for easy viewing of movies or sports games. The updated kitchen has new quartz counter tops and all new stainless-steel appliances. The formal dining area has large dining table with seating for eight, and the kitchen island has four bar stools. This great room is the perfect gathering spot for your family. Just off the great room is a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom with new quartz counter tops and updated plumbing and lighting fixtures. This bathroom is shared with the great room.
Last but not least is the large expansive covered porches, making for the perfect outdoor space to take in stunning sunsets and incredible starry nights. The deck has a large outdoor table for alfresco dining along with Adirondack chairs for enjoying beverages and a book. Our home has a boardwalk to the beach for easy and quick access. Our home is located between the beach and the bike path for easy access to all the fun amenities that St George Island has to offer.
We know that when you leave our home, you will say, this was the BEST THING EVER!
