Resort in Old Town, Key West
Private tropical Paradise on the Atlantic Ocean in Key West, Florida. This condo unit is a 1 bedroom, with 2 full bathrooms and located on the quiet side of the island in between Louie's Backyard and the Casa Marina Hotel. We are renting our one bedroom suite which has a full kitchen, a balcony with rocking chairs and a living and dining rooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, and a pull out couch in the living room. This unit sleeps 4 persons. You can walk to Duval Street or rent bikes or head to the heated pool or visit the hot tub or visit the private beach with access to the Atlantic.
This is a Timeshare Resort, and I’m the owner of this specific week. This is a Saturday-to Saturday-rental. Check-in time is Saturday at 4pm (you can usually get in earlier), and you’ll need to check out on Saturday by 10 am. There is a mid-week housekeeping crew that will swap out towels with- no extra charge. Free guests parking.

This unit is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the first floor with a pullout couch. I also have May 31-June 7, 2025, this unit will sleep 6 guests, 2 bedroom, 2 baths with a pull out couch located on the first floor.
You will have to supply a credit card upon check in to cover any damages from your stay.
