The Space:
This is one unit in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. This three-story unit has 2 bedrooms (which sleep 4), a large loft area area attached to one of the bedrooms (that sleeps 5), a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room (Sleeps 2) and a twin sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room (sleeps 1). So - the unit can sleep a total of 12 people in beds! This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters.
