6. Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: Any stay longer than 20 nights will be subject to an additional $50 deep cleaning fee to maintain the property’s cleanliness and upkeep.
7. Undisclosed Guests: Any guest not included in the reservation will incur a charge of $45 per person per night. Please ensure all guests are properly listed in your booking.
8. Upon departure, if our team reports smells of either cigarettes, weed, vape or similar, there will be a charge of $800 in order to rent the machines to remove the odor.
9. If any furniture is move during your stay, please make sure to put it back to its original place, otherwise there will be a minimum charge of $250 for furniture rearranging.
10. FIREPLACE IS FOR DECORATION ONLY.
