Beautiful home with great views! 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms 1 half bathroom, large deck and big backyard equipped with a BBQ and firepit- great for entertaining guests. Located in a quiet suburb in Highlands Ranch, the home is within walking distance to many parks, recs& shopping centers! The property includes cable, hi speed internet, numerous DVDs, and a finished basement with a movie room(coming dec 2020)! The home was recently renovated, and given complete make-over: stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwaves, stove top,dishwasher, granite counter tops, and new carpet and ceramic flooring. It includes an automatic garage for two vehicles, an A/C for entire house, or a swamp cooler if you prefer. This home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
