You will fall in love with this tastefully furnished home located in a quiet neighborhood.
This fantastic 2500+ sq/ft vacation home has an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, double oven, and a beer and wine fridge. The large island has a stove-top with surrounding stools, as well as a dining table. The kitchen is able to accommodate seating for 14. You will love walking into the central air conditioning following a hot day on Cape Cod. There are also three ceiling fans throughout the home.
This 4 Bedroom 2 Bath home in a very convenient East Harwich location near the Wequassett Resort and the Chatham line. The bedrooms features a king bedroom, queen bedroom, a room with 2 full beds, a bunk bed room with trundle, and a queen sized sofa. On the 2nd floor there is a large dining room, living room with 65” TV and a sun-room with large bay windows overlooking the in-ground pool. On the bottom floor there is a private den with another flatscreen TV and laundry area. High-speed internet and cable access in the house.
Don’t feel like going to the beach? Enjoy being outside in our private in-ground pool or relax sun bathing in the lounge chairs. Wash off in our outdoor shower. BBQ with our gas grill, and enjoy family dinners together with our picnic table large enough to seat everyone. We hope you end your night watching the Cape Cod sunset with s'mores by our fire pit. The 2-car attached garage is plenty big for your kayaks, bicycles and car.

Four miles to Chatham Center, the quintessential Cape Cod experience featuring shopping, Ice Cream and Candy Shops, Taverns, Music and Fine Dining.

Summary: Check in was easy. Host communicated well. Very few windows had screens on them & were able to open up the house rather than use air conditioning. Pool was great & kids used it every day. Location was excellent.
