Summary: Potential renters should know that the property is inaccessible to the old or disabled. The stairs entering the house and the spiral staircase inside (the only way to the living area) are steep and have no railings. In case your legs are ok but your hands are not, the sliding doors to the deck are impossible to open unless you are a champion body builder. To get to the beach you have to traverse the inaccessible steps then walk down the boardwalk to the next house. During our stay, there was loud construction right next door from 8am to 4pm every weekday. I assume that was unusual, but this vacation required a huge dip into savings and the result was a lot of stress, not peace and restoration.
