Positive: Carmen is an exceptional host. Communication was excellent from the very beginning — she responded to messages almost instantly and was always helpful and kind. We were also pleasantly surprised by thoughtful touches, including a bottle of wine, a lovely gift for our child, and tickets for a boat trip, which made our stay even more special. The apartment is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!
