This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath resides in Black Bear Crossing and sits high on Snowshoe ridge between Powderidge novice ski trail to the east and fabulous sunset views to the west. This property is on the top row with an incredible, unobstructed view to the mountains in the west. A short walk across Black Bear Crossing to the ski trail itself. In summer, enjoy the common area across the driveway with gas grill, smoker, cedar pavilion and play area. This end unit comes with complete access to the main and second story levels. As you enter from the parking directly in front of the house, you are greeted by a large front porch with locking ski racks for convenience (locks provided!) 1st Floor: Master Bedroom with King Memory Foam Mattress and attached ensuite bathroom. Large exceptionally designed kitchen complete with Gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, instant pot, Ninja Foodi Grill, dishwasher and refrigerator. Cabinets are stocked with all the essential pots, pans, dishes/utensils. Large dinning area with seating for 8, plus sit 3 more at the breakfast bar. Easy access to the shuttle stop and powderidge slope is just outside your front door. As this is an end unit there is ample parking for 3-4 cars right in front of the home and extra parking is just a few short steps away if needed.
