Perfectly located on 1st and Center Walk this private, spacious 4 bedroom is just one house from the bay and 4 houses from the ocean. Being on 1st walk you'll have fewer crowds which translates into more beach. The 2nd floor is open concept which includes living, dining and kitchen areas, with double sliders opening to a great deck with partial views of the Bay. The second floor sits at Treetop level; it has AC, but even in the height of summer the beautiful cross breeze from either the Bay or Ocean removes the need for its use!
The gourmet kitchen and bar area seats 8; the dining area seats 6 (can extend to 8), comfortable and generous living area and a convenient half bath.
All 4 bedrooms are downstairs and enjoy high ceilings - and with the property set well back from any walks, is quiet and private. Bedroom 1/Master, with king size bed, TV and AC. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each contain 2 twin beds. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds. There is a full Bath on the first floor, and a sizeable, secluded outdoor shower for the full beach-life experience.

Summary: This was our second year renting and we couldn’t have a more idyllic setting! Perfect accommodations for us five ladies. The owner is very responsive and the process is seamless. Would rent it again and again!
