Please Read Before Booking: While we have direct beach access out the back of our building, our pool is currently closed. The pool will be undergoing a complete restoration. The condo will be installing a pool and decking in the back of the building from September 2025 through approximately January/February 2026. Guests will continue to have access to the beach. During the month of October 2025 the geothermal unit will be repaired which may result in the A/C being off for a limited period of time. We will update when we have more precise time frame. If you are booking this property, you are acknowledging the current property status. You understand your rates have been updated to reflect this amenity closure and related restoration project.
Scheduled HVAC Maintenance: The building will undergo HVAC maintenance from February 18, 2026 through March 4, 2026. The work may not take the full two weeks and the exact timeline will be confirmed once it begins. If the HVAC system is temporarily unavailable during your stay, portable AC units will be provided as needed. Seasonal temperatures during this period are typically mild, with highs of 72-74°F, lows of 58-60°F, and median temperatures around 64-66°F, so we don't anticipate any comfort issues.
🚧 Important amenity notice: The community pool at Sandpiper Towers is currently under construction and is not available for guest use at this time. The pool is expected to be completed in early 2026.
