Positive: Excellent location, walking distance to gas station, restaurants and a neighborhood park. 2 miles from downtown, 2 blocks away from major highways.

Negative: House could have been cleaner. In need of dusting. White walls were dirty. Appliances in kitchen were not cleaned. No dish rag. Flying gnats came out at night on counters in kitchen after cleansing and spraying multiple times. 4 face rags in the whole house. Not a fan of all glass/porcelain dishes.

Summary: Overall great experience for the price!
