Positive: It was a joy to spend time at this exceptional castle hotel. The facilities were top class - the pools, saunas, etc. There many quiet places to lounge with comfortable seating and breathtaking views. The restaurants were excellent. The staff from reception to checkout could not have been more helpful or easy to communicate with. The recent restoration and renovation not only respected the long history of this building but created an exceptional guest experience.

Negative: I'm hard pressed to find anything to criticise. The bedroom was too warm?
