Summary: Excellent property, with fenced in yard (for a dog), bigger than we thought, gourmet kitchen with advanced gas stove, just perfect for enjoying the quiet and coziness of the Avenues and the closeness of down town. Host lives across the street and seems to be known and celebrated by the entire neighborhood, always available for tilstand a good conversation. Highly recommended.
