Summary: It's a nice property in a good location, convenient to both Chester and Grafton, with a yard and a lovely stream across the road. We had some concerns though about cleanliness and things being usable - the floor had a layer of dust/dirt that I mopped the first night; there were old coals and food remains in the grill; the screened porch would have required more cleaning than I wanted to do; the oven was unusable as mice have nested in it, and the smell filled the house as soon as it was turned on; a fridge shelf kept collapsing because it was held on by duct tape. It's a nice house it just felt like it needs more attention than it's getting.
