The home is a Shared AirBnb experience with other guest rooms. Most of the guest we host through out the week are Lankenau, CHOP, UPenn & Drexel Residents, Travel Nurses and International students. We have a mixed variety on the weekends. We’ve had the pleasure of hosting awesome guests so far.

Each room is updated with a Smart TV and comfortable beds. The color of the bedding and pillow cases may be different from the pictures because we have many guest so we rotate the bedding as we clean them when guest check out. Most of the time the area is quiet and full of street parking. It is safe to park in the street. There are security surveillance cameras present in shared areas such as the porch, kitchen, stairs, and hallways for your protection.

We ask for a security deposit of 25 USD or up to 20% of the booking amount from your card funds in concept of security deposit. This security deposit might be used toward any repairs or replacement of any applicances if the damages resulted from the actions of the guest. This funds are refunded within a week after checkout date.
