Summary: I thought the property and home were beautiful. There could be a few improvements/adjustments. There were lots of scratches on all the non stick cookware, which is bad for your health. There were also two stainless steel pots with lots of stuck on burnt residue. It might be time to swap out with new ones. The back screened in porch was so dirty, you couldn't sit anywhere. There's also at least one wooden plank missing from the back deck, so I wasn't sure if it was safe for walking on.
