The Space:
Upon entry you will be greeted by the main living space with a spacious dining area next to your chef's kitchen that's fully equipped.
Past the kitchen you can enjoy entertaining in the family room which includes a balcony and a 65 inch HD TV with a sound-bar.
Moving to the second floor, once you reach the top of the floating iron stair case with 3 inch walnut treads you will find 3 large bedrooms with 2 full baths. Master includes a gorgeous custom bathroom with a 2 person jetted tub which includes lights, music and a waterfall, a bidet, custom floor to ceiling California Closet, and generous sized bedroom drenched in natural light. Galley style laundry area rounds out the Upper Level.
The fully-finished Lower Level includes a large family/rec room, wetbar, full bath & bedroom.
1200 sqft heated private garage with 22 by 14 garage doors which will allow a semi rig to fit. 4 parking spaces, plenty of storage space, and a half bathroom.
