Summary: We stayed for a month while relocating to NZ. After searching for a house to rent, I realize what a gem this house has been for us. I could have stayed for a year! I realize now that NZ homes are not well heated, however this home had a heat pump in every room. The last comment about groceries is just ridiculous - any VRBO in the world would not supply groceries. It was very easy in the neighborhood to walk or drive to a local store for necessities. There are parks for little kids or pets nearby and plenty of wonderful cafes.The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. Highly recommend.
