This gorgeous loft is located in one of the most beautiful district of Milan, Porta Romana.
It becomes an excellent pick for groups who are spending some time in the city, for business or vacation.
Modern and functional, tastefully decorated, this loft has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a cosy living area a fully equipped kitchen.
It's located on the ground floor of a typical Milanese courtyard. The apartment is on 2 levels.
First floor - a bright living area (double sofa bed, TV, WifI..) with open kitchen (fully equipped, dishwasher, stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, pen and pots..) a cozy bedroom with double bed (with a large wardrobe ) and its en-suite bathroom (shower and bathtub), the second bathroom (with shower) and laundry room.
Internal stairs go through the lower part of the loft, where there is a nice and relaxing area furnished with a table (where to work), a comfortable blue sofa and 2 single beds. In this parte there is no AC but funs.
FOR FAMILIES: cot and high chair available on request - subject to availability
MONTHLY RESERVATIONS: registration of the contract required for bookings of more than 28 nights. The cost of registration (105 €) is to be considered at the customer's expense
Upon your arrival you will find:
