Summary: Booking with vrbo was challenging, initially charged twice for the one scheduled rental— hours of time to attempt to resolve the duplicate charges!! Our host was wonderful and accommodating but vrbo has yet to refund $975. Duplicate charge to my credit card account instead telling me to take it up with my bank. Documents have been submitted and I have yet to hear any resolve. Our host and vacation were great.
