Part of the building is used as a large garage. It is convenient to the interstate, shopping centers north of Colorado Springs and Denver is only 40 minutes away. It's located just north of the Air Force Academy and near the foot of Pikes Peak with plenty of tourist options. The property provides country living, surrounded by pines, deer in the pasture, horses grazing and stars at night. It is an ideal place to relax, barbecue, picnic at small lake and hike on nature trails. Major shopping centers are 10-20 minutes away: Bass Pro, Walmart, Home Depot, Scheels, movie theaters and chain restaurants. Summary: This was our second time staying at the property, and it was like coming home. We love how quiet the home is, and it's close to great restaurants and other amenities. We were visiting our daughter at the Air Force Academy, and this location is close to the freeway. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the fact we could see the stars at night in the peaceful country. Kevin is easy to communicate with, and the house had everything we needed. We're hoping to visit again the next time we come out.
