Summary: The room was not in pristine condition. The wall behind the desk was scuffed up, the outlet for the coffee machine did not work, the paint in the bathroom is ugly and does not match the floor or shower, the hotel room floors were filthy. Also, I don't appreciate the $100 security deposit when checking in that takes 10 days to be refunded.
