Summary: I’m kind of shocked this hotel has a “excellent“ rating, 8.8. I’d give it 6 at best. It is under construction, being remodeled. We were put in a remodeled room that clearly was not finished. It had blue tape all over the flooring, furniture and decor mismatched, overall unappealing and the light switches were gummy. Bathroom actually kind of gross. Old tub, dirty, grout, paint bubbling, and peeling near the shower. We were also told to use a side entrance that led to a hallway that was closed for construction. There was plastic sheeting hung in the hallway with a hole in it we had to pass through with our suitcases. Country Inns used to be so nice, I was not expecting this!
