Welcome to this contemporary Windermere retreat. This home is ideal for 1 or 2 families for a family holiday, or as a relaxing gathering place with friends.
The location is the best blend of privacy and community amenities. The home is surrounded by mountain views and has access to Tegart Ridge’s PRIVATE COMMUNITY BEACH just a 5-7 min walk away. In the winter, you can access Lake Windermere Whiteway which is the world’s largest skating trail on the lake and is amazing for cross country skiing and skating. It's in an established, premiere community of Windermere with a small town friendly vibe and services.
The home is cleaned by professional cleaners and we ensure there is extra care and time to clean and disinfect between each reservation.
This home is NEWLY BUILT in 2021 so everything is new. The house is fully equipped with Wifi, AC, heat, and beautiful Jotul fireplace.
The kitchen has new appliances, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee machine and will be stocked with coffee and tea. There is also a BBQ on the deck.
The bedrooms include a King bed, a queen bed and a bunk bed (double on the bottom and twin on top).
A spacious deck is accessible from the kitchen where you can enjoy the majestic mountain views and fresh air.
The home has a variety of beach toys for the summer and sleds for the winter. We will also have beach towels available as well. We will have board games available and toys for the kids. If you want to wind down, there are books you can read and cable TV to enjoy. There is also a foosball table in the Rec room for some fun with your family and friends!
