Summary: We were under the impression we rented one place and got there by the address sent to “here are the keys” and after driving for 8 hours with 3 kids, get there Only to be told we were at the wrong place-at 11pm at night. Thankful the staff at the first place were very nice and helpful. They spent time calling around to find out where we needed to be. They said the owner must have multiple properties and got them mixed up. Once we made it to the room, it was nice, just frustrating when you are ready to get out of a car after a long day of driving. Place was nice and in a good area. Universal was within walking distance.
