This ground floor, 1 bedroom/1 bath condominium is beautifully decorated with both modern contemporary and beach style furniture. The Living room has plenty of room to relax with wireless internet for your enjoyment and entertainment. The dining area has been freshened as well with a bamboo table and 4 upholstered dining chairs with a butcher block bar/pass through for additional guests. There is a stove, refrigerator, and small pantry with a coffee station and Keurig Coffee maker as well! This kitchen is stocked with everything you need (counter-top dishwasher, microwave, and more) to enjoy a family meal. The bedroom has been freshened up as well with a brand-new Serta Queen Size mattress and new upholstered bed and linens. The bathroom was completely done with new tile bath walls, rain head shower and rinsing wand with bead board walls and navy vanity for a more nautical look. There are 2 (two) designated parking spots in front of the condo.
