Palm Garda Beach is surrounded by a large garden that wraps around the entire dwelling and offers two independent entrances for greater convenience. Inside, the dwelling is composed of a habitable kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and everything necessary to make the stay comfortable. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table with chairs, ideal for relaxing or eating together. Continuing down the corridor, you access the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobes, dressers, and bedside tables, and a complete bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet. Behind the kitchen, a flight of stairs leads to the splendid tavern on the lower floor, where you will find an independent laundry room and an additional dining room, perfect for dinners or aperitifs with friends and family. On the ground floor, there is also an independent double bedroom and a second complete bathroom with a shower box. The strong point of the villa is certainly the outdoor spaces: in the large garden surrounded by olive trees, there is a comfortable above-ground pool (400 cm long, 200 cm wide, and 120 cm water depth), a dining table, sun loungers, and a masonry barbecue, ideal for your grilling. The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linens, and as many as 3 private parking spaces, which complete the offering of this exclusive property.
