Two bedroom home, with tiny den off living room. Front master bedroom has queen size bed with direct views of the ocean, 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. One full bathroom upstairs, half bath downstairs. Living room/dining room combination with unobstructed views of the Long Island Sound. Dining room has comfortable table and 4 chairs, can expand to seat 6 people. Additional captains chairs in each upstairs bedroom. Small office/den has a pullout Ikea bed which sleeps 2 kids, or 1 adult (or possibly 2 smaller adults). Kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer. gas stove with double oven. Private, fenced back patio with table and chairs, and BBQ available seasonally. Rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy your favorite beverage in the evening.

Summary: We stayed here for 8 nights - 2 adults and 3 teenage girls. The location is superb and exceeded my expectations. The house is directly across from the beach and offers great views. We stayed in November and were impressed, it would be even better in summer. The house itself was very comfortable and we were glad that we stayed here rather than in a hotel. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
