Positive: is a beutifull place, very big room, we stayed twice and both times they upgraded our room for free (I know we were lucky but still). Room are big, clean, confortable big beds. close to bus stop (10 min)

Negative: nothing. 10 min and you are on the streets with a lot of bar/restaurant.
