The property is located in the the tony and historic area of Bridgehampton, NY, home of the Hamptons Classic Horse Show. It is one mile from the village and a bike ride away from spectacular beaches. The interior is beautifully decorated in a mixture of contemporary furniture and art combined with a cozy style. It includes five bedrooms, [ three upstairs, two down] with a master suite on each floor, four baths, living room with fireplace, and double-height ceilings, dining room and kitchen with all state of the art appliances and fully equipped.Large washer and dryer are located on the first floor. Lush landscape surrounds a recently renovated heated pool and terrace with some 8 teak lounges, side tables and teak storage box. There are many pool toys including floats, noodles, chairs and basket ball hoop The back deck runs the full length of the house, with a large outdoor teak dining table and a a smaller teak seating area off the master bedroom. The property includes a spacious front lawn and a large fenced in backyard. The house has central air conditioning.
Each bedroom is equipped with new Italian Sferra linens and Serena & Lilly towels. Duvets are all top quality.
