Situated on a ridge above the famous Shotover River, the apartment enjoys first sun in the mornings and last sun in the evenings. It has two decks facing east and west giving guests no less than 3 dining options including a BBQ, a breakfast bar and a formal mahogany dining room for something special. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern, full size appliances along with quality utensils, extensive crockery, cutlery and glassware. The apartment has a full laundry including a washer, drier and ironing facility. Extremely well insulated, with great heating and ventilation options, the apartment provides excellent accommodation year round. Two private double bedrooms (1 x super king, 1x queen) are placed at either end of the apartment and there is an optional extra to convert the dining room into another double bedroom to accommodate 3 couples. Situated within Queenstown's newest business and shopping centre at Frankton, our guests can avoid the holiday, ski and peak hour traffic when embarking on travel adventures around the district. Within 1.5 km there are no less than 48 eateries or takeaways including 3 major Supermarkets and 3 Pubs. However, the centre of Queenstown is still only 15 minutes away, and the airport only 5. All the rental car depots are within minutes of Shotover Ridge.
