Florida Paradise located in The Estates at Legacy Park is spacious and well laid out with quality options that make it stand out from the rest. With a total of 3155 sq/ft under its roof. Every optional extra has been chosen to make this a very special vacation home.
The mastersuite with tray ceiling has been extended with pool access for that early morning dip in the beautiful heated pool and spa.

Upstairs is the large second bonus master suite (WIC & BATH).
The living area has a colonnade foyer that has a space for everyone, sit back and watch TV in the family room or just chill out in the living room.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We know and love the area of Davenport, having stayed here several times in the past... This villa was outstanding, we cannot fault it one bit, it has been the best Villa we have staying in, in the 11 years we have been visiting Florida. We will cetainly be back and staying in this villa.
