The entire studio is for your private use. It is located behind the house on the second floor with it's own private stairway, deck and entry. Parking in back via the alleyway between 6th St & 5th St.

This is a great safe & quiet Sparks Neighborhood with a double wide lighted street. It's 5 blocks walking distance to IN-n-Out and a 7-Eleven and at the entrance to Victorian Square where there is the Nugget Casino, The Galleria Theater and a variety of restaurants and bars.
There is off street parking for one vehicle. There are several AirBnB's at this location and there is enough parking for one vehicle per guests, so please don't park in the middle of the driveway. For this unit the parking is located behind the house which is accessed through the alleyway.
This is 5 blocks from downtown Victorian Square in Sparks and there are sidewalks with lighted streets.
There is also off street parking but during downtown events the street parking can fill up.
