Located off a private drive, this property offers views, privacy, and proximity to Boulder, Golden, and Nederland with endless recreation opportunities out the backdoor.
Guest access:
Guests will have complete privacy during their stay and will be provided a code for entrance. With that said, I live minutes away in the surrounding community and can be available as needed. I'm also very familiar with the local area and would be happy to help with any recommendations from the popular destinations to the hidden gems.
